So what is happiness?



Happiness is not about positive thinking.

It's about living life fully, with all it's ups and downs, strange adventures, broken hearts, disapointments, sunny days and moments of stillness.

It's not resisting things, wishing you were somewhere else, doing something else. It's being comfortable where you are, so you can change it if you need to without frustration.

It's embracing every aspect of yourself, not resisting yet at the same time not wallowing in your emotions. Allow them to flow through while you notice them.

Happiness is living a meaningful life. A life of full awareness and openness and love. Follow your heart.
